Dahlia Tuber Sale Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE |
Thank you for supporting our small farm. We want you to be happy with your order and have successful growing season. We guarantee your dahlia tubers arrive healthy, true to variety and at least one viable eye. Please remember even ugly tubers grow if they have the met those conditions. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at inspiringblooms@gmail.com within 10 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns. Pictures and videos may be requested to help assist with those concerns. Once the 10 days have passed, you will be fully responsibility for your tubers. Please understand we are not responsible for damage due to improper storage, bad weather, pests, rot, poor field conditions, negligence, or poor plant performance.
VIRUS POLICY |
We grow with healthy practices. We do not test for virus but are vigilant and cull anything that is questionable. We sanitize often and use the best sanitation practices. We send out tubers that have no known virus as it can come from pests, soil, and other plants etc.
MISLABELS |
We do our best to label each variety accurately, but we are human and a mislabel slips through. If your dahlia blooms and it’s not the variety you ordered, please contact us with photos, a copy of your order and we will do our best to resolve the mislabel!
LIMITS |
We are limiting certain varieties to ensure more people can grow the dahlias that we don’t have as much stock! This means a limit PER household, not per person. You may not shop with several people in your household to procure more than one of these varieties. Please respect this!!
CART |
Please know that placing an item in your cart does not hold it for you. Items in your cart are not secure until you have checked out and received your order confirmation via email. Sorry, there is no way to secure items in your cart with an e-commerce website. We know it is disappointing to see variety disappear and appreciate your understanding the limits of a website through this.
SHIPPING |
We only ship within the USA. All orders are shipped using USPS. Tubers are shipped in April, starting April 1st and finishing ONLY on April 30th. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $10. We will combine shipping. You will need to add the coupon COMBINESHIP to receive this promotion on multiple orders. And your name and address have to line up with the last order.
LOCAL PICKUP |
We are accepting Local Farm Pick up this season. You will have to select this at check out as the default delivery is shipping. Please make sure to select it so that we don’t have to do adjustments after the order is placed. Pick up with be April 18 between 10 AM and 2 PM. If anything is not picked up at that time, we will charge you shipping and mail the order. Please DO NOT select farm pick up, if you expect it to be shipped.
CANCELLATIONS |
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed. However, because we are a farm that is selling a perishable product, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to cancel and fully refund any order, during our quality checks as we ship out our products.
UNFORTUNATELY |
Due to the dahlia craze, some people have forgotten that sellers are human too. And we all need to use kindness and manners following a sale.
We will not tolerate threats, foul language, harassment, or any other poor behavior towards us in email or messages. If we do receive this sort of behavior, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We are more than happy to address any order issue that may arise. But know we wish to respect you and we also expect that decency in return.
We are a small scale grower. Some varieties are limited quantities. We wish we had plenty for all to meet the demand. However, that may not be the case for all the varieties you may have on your wish list.
Basically remember your manners and PLEASE be KIND! It’s free for everyone!
